A Rare Case of Scalp Mass: Clear Cell Hidradenocarcinoma

Clear cell hydroadenocarcinoma is a very rare sweat gland tumor. It has an aggressive course and high recurrence rate. Wide excision the first option in treatment of this tumor with rate metastasis. Subsequent radiotherapy chemotherapy are still controversial. In case, we presented patient who was operated on lipoma-like appearance scalp. The pathology result hidradenocarcinoma. We emphasized that operations performed preliminary diagnosis lipoma scalp, should be included among diagnoses resection as widely possible.
